In this age of rapid involvements and technological advancements, people are witnessing a big era of online community building. These communities are the new trend to what was called back in the day “a club house”.
Whether political, geographic, comedy or even something for the mainstream media, these Neo “club houses” have discovered a great way to get people’s attention, and now are called “The modern attention seekers”.

Grabbing the attention of people is not an easy game. This is what we call “psychological analysis” of people’s day to day behaviors, tasks, reactions, emotions… It is the way you could grab their attention without sounding like an insurance broker, or a car salesman. And who mastered this skill? Con men, and what is a con man? A person who tricks other people in order to get their money. Ouch…

And by saying con men (and con women) I mean the popular figures you see while scrolling through your social media. Gurus in the field of marketing, social media, health & sports, recruitment and most importantly, the life coaches.
Don’t get me wrong, being a “Life Coach” has become a trend, so much that everyone now is a Life Coach certified freak. You have to see what social media is producing these days, from what they post about, to what they talk about, this is live free-entrance circus, and we are the live and applauding spectators of it…

Similar to life coaches, are the ones who tend to offer you “FREE” course or “FREE” trials, or “FREE” consultancies.
99% of the times, these people will not do that, and they will simply use your name, email, and information to send you their weekly newsletters that are AI generated, or worse, repetitive. This phenomena is running wild after the big boom of social media after the big lockdown that took over the world from late 2019 till early 2021, where online business thrived and local businesses were on the verge of collapsing.
Why is it this way you ask, well because people tend to be, unpleasing, shall we say in the manner of getting rich without even trying real effort behind it. The example of online gurus, experts and specialists that bombard you with their LinkedIn posting about what they do, and how they do it, and God knows how many lives they saved during their time working on their skills. These could be true, but not facts. The fact is, that nothing in life comes easy, and nothing in life is free. Nothing.
The number of people reporting how down they feel after trying to contact these “gurus” is very concerning, which puts down on the line the authenticity and credibility into a big circled question mark…

What can you do in this case?
The main reason these people exist is because their online presence depends on YOU. You are the one responsible for the, to become famous. You might say “on person won’t affect anyone”. I say quite to the contrary, one person is enough to stop a whole advancing army. Keep reading this line till you understand the power of self will. Anyway, YOU are the reason these people keep on doing what they do.
In case you saw that this person is a fraud, don’t be afraid to speak up and address these things directly. One comment, one direct message, are enough to start a snowball effect. It’s about you to stop this madness of some fake gurus online.
What can they do?
They should be grateful for the opportunity to be famous in the first place. AND, they should know that if they were frauds, the bigger they are, the harder they fall… One thing they can do to gain the trust of people (and this advice is for you dear reader if one day you became a guru yourself) is to get your things together, and answer your messages, and get your credibility checked by doing the FREE things you promissed to do.
The main reason you got famous in the first place is that you sold people hope, and help. Now it’s payback time. Pay your FREE promises dear gurus…
